Sibyl (Clapham) Westenhaver was born and raised in Western Oklahoma and graduated from Seiling High School in 1948. Sibyl attended two years of college at Southwestern State in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Sibyl and Nevin Westenhaver met during their senior year in high school and were married in 1950. They worked and lived in several states from California to Florida and north to Wyoming and Michigan, finally arriving in San Antonio in 1975 and settling in Boerne. […]
