Promoting patient safety by reducing the spread of antibiotic-resistant infections Richmond, Texas– OakBend Medical Center is one of 482 facilities in Texas participating in the TMF Quality Innovation Network Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) antibiotic stewardship (ABS) project.
