HOUSTON, Sept. 13, 2018- Visitors to the University of Houston-Victoria will be captivated by a new installation by internationally known artist Margo Sawyer. “Synchronicity of Color: Victoria” now hangs from the ceiling in the three-story high atrium of the University North building.
