Flag ceremonies set by American Legion Post 164 and Katy Elks Lodge
Jonathan D. Rozier Post 164 of The American Legion and the Katy Elks will conduct flag ceremonies at the Elks Lodge beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 11. The Elks will lead off with a Flag Day ceremony indoors at 1050 Katy Fort Bend Road.
