HOUSTON (Feb. 5, 2019) – It may come as a surprise that the leading cause of death for women is heart disease. In fact, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, heart disease accounts for 1 in 4 female deaths. A survey on heart health was evenly distributed across the Greater Houston area to 200 women.
