Youth in Philanthropy Making a Difference for Child Advocates of Fort Bend

On Saturday, January 14, seventeen students from The George Foundation’s Youth In Philanthropy (YIP) Program helped Child Advocates of Fort Bend (CAFB) with several critical projects. Texas Bar Foundation Awards Grant to Child Advocates of Fort Bend

The Texas Bar Foundation recently awarded Child Advocates of Fort Bend (CAFB) a $5,000 grant. These funds will be used to support the Multidisciplinary Team Enhancement Program (MEP). MEP began in late 2015 as a way of identifying children who are victims of abuse and would otherwise fall through the cracks of the child welfare system.
