Bring the kids so they can improve their typing skills playing interactive typing games. This class on Monday, June 2 at 4:30 p.m. is for children ages 6-11.All programs are free and open to the public. Preschool Storytime/Chicken Big

A special performance by Book Bash Touring Productions will present the children’s book Chicken Big by Keith Graves at the Katy Library on Thursday, June 22 at 10:15 a.m. When a small hen lays a very large egg, hilarity ensues. On Monday, May 22, 10:30 a.m. join us at the Katy Library for Internet Basics. We meet every last Monday of the month for a beginner-friendly computer class. Friends of Katy Library Book Sale Moved

Because of the flooding of Katy VFW Hall last year, the annual Book Sale sponsored by Friends of Katy Library will be held at Katy Branch Library located at 5414 Franz Road in Katy  on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 9 AM until 5 PM . Used books for adults and children. Hardbacks $1, Paperbacks 50 cents. Children’s books 3 for $1. All profits go to fund Katy Library children and adult programs.  

Teen Tech Week Event-Make Your Own Edible Mars Rover

  Teens, come to the library for Teen Tech Week on Monday, March 6 at 4:00 p.m. to make your own Edible Mars Rover.
