Are you interested in getting more out of your Microsoft Word program? On Tuesday, November 7 at 7 PM, the Maud Marks Library will be teaching the basics of how to use Microsoft Word. Can’t come then? Don’t worry, the class will repeat Tuesday, November 21 at 1 PM. Basic keyboard and mouse skills are required. Volunteer opportunities abound at the Maud Marks Library. Volunteers are needed to help shelve, count patrons, and more. We will be holding our next volunteer orientation on Thursday, November 2, at 5 PM. Students should be in high school and must be able to commit to two hours a week. Teens & tweens in 6th grade and up are invited to come MAKE something at the library. This will be a monthly program which will include robotics, science experiments, art & crafts, and more! This month, on November 2 at 3:30, we will be making a holiday photo booth. This is a ticketed program. Tickets will be available 30 minutes prior to the program. Come have fun and MAKE something!
