KATY [June 10, 2019] – It’s never too early, nor too late, to prepare for college and jump start a career plan. This summer Katy Independent School District is offering a College & Career Lab to interested Katy ISD students, families and community members. The lab will provide extended access to career exploration, individualized guidance and post-secondary planning.
“In addition to a high school counselor, a college advisor will be on site to provide personalized service to students, including reviewing high school credits, exploring post-secondary opportunities and offering career guidance in preparation for the college application process,” said Assistant Superintendent for Student Support Services Rhonda Ward.
The summer College & Career Lab will be located at Paetow High School from June 17-20 and June 24-27 between 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
