Katy ISD Volunteer Celebration is rescheduled to Friday May 17th

Due to district closure from severe weather on May 10th, the Katy ISD Volunteer Celebration is rescheduled to Friday, May 17th at the Merrell Center from 8:45-10:30 a.m.  Hosted by Partners in Education and the Volunteers in Public Schools

Executive Board, this annual event honors the thousands of school district volunteers who donate their time and talents to our students and teachers.

Aidan Anderson, co-founder of Aidan Cares, returns back to headline this year’s volunteer celebration in addition to extraordinary fine arts entertainment from McMeans Junior High, Tays Junior High, Paetow High School, Seven Lakes High School and

Taylor High School along with the announcement of each school’s 2019 Volunteer of the Year.

All Katy ISD volunteers are invited to attend and will need to RSVP again for new guest count by May 16th at https://tinyurl.com/vipscelebration2 or  by visiting “Partners in Education” under the “Community” tab at www.katyisd.org.  Doors will open at 8:45 a.m.
