State of the County with Fort Bend County Judge KP George

The Central Fort Bend Chamber and the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce will present the 2019 State of the County with Fort Bend County Judge KP George on Wednesday, April 17, 2019. This collaborative luncheon will be held at Safari Texas Ranch, 11627 FM 1464, Richmond, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

County Judge George’s luncheon address, “The Future of Fort Bend”, will be focusing on new, innovative ways to strategically prepare for 1 million people in the County and how County Judge George plans to get there. Immediately following his address, he will be joined by a panel including Armando Perez, Senior Vice President for HEB and former Chairman of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Dr. Stephen L. Klineberg, Founding Director of the Kinder Institute for Urban Research to discuss the nexus of demographic and economic development issues in Fort Bend County. The panel will be moderated by Mustafa Tameez, Managing Director of Outreach Strategists.

“I look forward to delivering the State of the County as our future is bright. Fort Bend County is only becoming a better place to live, work, and play,” said County Judge KP George. “This year and in the coming years, our County will focus on how we make our services more efficient, engaging, and effective for all residents of our diverse and growing community.”
