Fort Bend County Libraries’ Cinco Ranch Branch Library, 2620 Commercial Center Blvd in Katy, will be closed on Saturday, April 27, for the Fort Bend Arts Festival & Parade, which is free and open to the public. Regular library hours will resume on Monday, April 29.
