The HPRA Friday lunch speaker this week will be John Osenbaugh. Mr. Osenbaugh posits that the integrity of the tax protest process has declined, and due process is not ensured. He is associated with Pat O’Connor and Dan and Betty Hart, all well known for their reform efforts in this field.
