March 28th “Navigating the System: Accessing Services for Your Child Now and For the Long Term”
What are the long term services and supports for your child and how do you access them? Navigating the system is confusing and filled with confusing terms such as CFC, PAS/HAB and LIDDA. Does your child have a Medicaid waiver, Community First Choice or another plan of service and do you know what services are available? Are there changes on the horizon that may impact the services your child receives? Attending this training will help you navigate the system and provide answers to your questions.
