Texas Children’s Hospital presents The Greatest Showman for Family Movie Night on Jan. 25 at Levy Park

WHAT: Texas Children’s Hospital presents the 2017 hit The Greatest Showman, inspired by the story of P.T. Barnum, for Family Movie Night at Levy Park on Jan. 25. Hugh Jackman leads an all-star cast in this bold and original musical filled with infectious show-stopping performances that will bring you to your feet time and time again. The film, directed by Michael Gracey, follows the visionary Barnum who rose from nothing to create a mesmerizing spectacle. All it took was unique talents, catchy songs and a million dreams for Barnum and his loving team to rise above and become a worldwide sensation. This inspirational film also stars Zac Efron, Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson and Zendaya.

Family Movie Night is on the last Friday of each month. No outside furniture is allowed, but blankets or park chairs can be used.

MORE:              Guests can enjoy food and beverage service from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. from Coffee Q. Well-known on the streets of Houston, Coffee-Q features a Qold Brew coffee made from a 15-hour infusion of Guatemalan roasted beans uniquely presented with a twist of international influences. In addition to their signature brisket and pulled pork ‘Q (BBQ), beverage options will be available.

Levy Park is located in the heart of the Upper Kirby District at 3801 Eastside St., between Buffalo Speedway and Kirby Drive and Richmond Avenue and U.S. 59. Parking is available on Wakeforest Avenue and Eastside Street and in the parking garage for a fee.
