The “Customer Service” award is presented to the franchise that best embodies the Office Pride core values beyond the walls of the business by dedicating time to help the surrounding communities it serves. Reggie Walters was recognized for his selfless commitment to helping the Katy community with disaster clean up.

“As we again took time this year to recognize the best of the best in our franchise system, Reggie stood out as a perfect example of the values and work ethic that make Office Pride great, and I want to extend my congratulations on behalf of the entire company,” said Todd Hopkins, founder and CEO of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services. “Reggie’s business is a strong example of an outstanding Office Pride franchise and we hope their recognized achievements will serve as an inspiration for our entire franchise network. This year’s convention celebrated Office Pride’s system-wide accomplishments across the past year and challenged all attendees – franchisees, area developers, employees, corporate leadership and vendors – to continue to exceed expectations, lead by example and serve from the heart. The four-day retreat included extensive training, educational seminars and opportunities to share best practices across the franchise system.

“It’s an amazing feeling to look back on the impact we had on our community,” said Walters. I’m looking forward to the years ahead with my team members who are so passionate about Office Pride’s values.”
