An Engineer’s Concerns about Harris County’s Assumptions and Practices to Control Flooding 

The HPRA Friday lunch speaker this week is Joe Olson, a professional engineer who has worked on hundreds of development projects across every major Texas city. Mr. Olson has been speaking to conservatives about defects he sees in the county’s approach to flooding.
