Dear Parent,
It is with a heavy heart that we inform you about a recent loss to our school community. Earlier today, we were informed of the loss of two students who attend our school. This loss is sure to raise many emotions, concerns, and questions for our entire school, especially our students.
Mayde Creek High School and Katy ISD have a Crisis Intervention Team made up of professionals trained to help with the needs of students, parents, and school personnel at difficult times such as this. We have counselors and LSSP’s (Licensed Specialists in School Psychology) available for any student who may need assistance surrounding this loss. The Crisis Intervention Team will be on site beginning 11/05/18.
We are saddened by the loss to our school community and will make every effort to help you and your child as needed.
