Members of Jonathan D. Rozier Post 164 of The American Legion in Katy will conduct a flag retirement ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, outside Katy Elks Lodge 2628 at 1050 Katy Fort Bend Road. The public is invited. The ceremony includes the burning of faded flags collected by Post 164 from the public.
