(Columbus, TX) – The Columbus Chamber of Commerce is promising another bigger and better Ladies Night Out (LNO) this year. Always on the first Thursday of December, this year’s event is coming up on Thursday, December 6th so be sure to save the date.
Last year, nearly 1,000 people converged on downtown Columbus for shopping, wine sampling, food and a whole lot of fun. The evening ended off with a snowfall from above. Although the Chamber isn’t promising another snowfall, they are promising the fun. Buy a $10 commemorative wine glass at the Historic Stafford Opera House, then shop more than 25 local merchants, sampling wine along the way. Hop on the “Jolly Trolley” to visit merchants all over town.
More than 45 vendors will also be set up inside the Opera House and out on the street. Four additional vendor venues will be open in town that night as well.
The Chamber will soon be announcing special hotel rates in town for the night, childcare services during the event, music and entertainment lineup, free selfies with Santa, annual window decorating contest, souvenir gift bag details, a new passport-stamp $750 prize program and information on merchant specials and giveaways.
