“Animé Cosplay Diy” Workshop,  Teens Get Costuming Tips At Library’s

Comic-book lovers, costume enthusiasts, and animé superfans who are interested in participating in cosplay events are invited to a special Young Adult workshop to learn all about creating the ultimate cosplay costume “on the cheap,” starting with items commonly found around the home!

Fort Bend County Libraries will present an “Animé Cosplay DIY” workshop, for teens in grades 9 through 12, at the Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Libraryon Wednesday, October 3, from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m., in the Meeting Room of the library, located at 8100 FM 359 South in Fulshear.

Sarah Stone — experienced Comic Con-goer, costume-crafter, and animé fan who also happens to teach high school students – will help teens attending this workshop to transform into their favorite animé character. Get ideas for crafting the perfect accessories, and hear about local and regional fan events.
