Katy, TX , September 9, 2018 – This past August, the National Charity League, Inc., Lady Bird Chapter (NCL, Inc.) hosted a Pink Candy Runway Fashion Show at the Westland Baptist Church on Grand Parkway/99. The senior class modeled fashions from Runway 7 (Katy), and jewelry from Fig Tree Accessories (Houston and Rice Village). Wen Chic Salon & Spa (Katy) donated make-up and hair services, and the evening was captured by Kim Schaffer Photography (Katy). The Class of 2019 also organized a donation collection for the benefit of Willow River Farms which included bedding sets and toiletry items for all the residents of this assisted living facility in Brookshire. The Senior Class of 2019 has been together since 2013 and along with their mothers, they completed over 7, 700 philanthropy hours in the Katy area.
