Richmond, TX…OakBend Medical Center has signed up 21 local restaurants to participate in its second annual Restaurant Week. The event will take place beginning Friday, April 20 – Sunday, April 29, with participating restaurants offering a special OakBend menu during that time. A portion of the sales from the special menu will then be donated back to the hospital.

Last year, 14 restaurants donated over $5,000 toward the hospital’s Vision 2020 Campaign. This year, the committee is expecting a much larger participation by restaurants and diners.
