Richmond, TX…OakBend Medical Center has announced the dates for its second annual Restaurant Week. The event will take place this year from April 20 – 29, with participating restaurants offering a special OakBend menu during that time. A portion of the sales from the special menu will then be donated back to the hospital.
This year’s Restaurant Week Committee is chaired by Jared Biermann. Other committee members Jimmy Cantu, Brittany Cope, Ali McDonald, Tracy Soape, Alicen Swift, Sidney Tolani, Dustin Vacek and Anna Webster.
The committee has currently signed up the following restaurants:

Another Time Soda Fountain
Clancy’s Public House
Japaneiro’s
La Cocina
M & M’s Southern Creole Kitchen
Pier 36
Provisions Bistro & Market – Wharton
Russo’s New York Pizzeria – Greatwood
Sandy McGee’s
The Swing Door
Veritas
The committee will be adding more great local restaurants to the fast growing list of participants. Last year, the 14 restaurants that were a part of the restaurant week raised over $5,000 toward the hospital’s Vision 2020 Campaign.
