We are privileged to have the owner and wine maker, Peter Franus, himself at Agave Rio to lead us through a tasting of his award-winning Napa Valley wines. Peter was formerly the wine maker at Mount Veeder Winery and began making his own wines about 30 years ago and is especially known for his Zinfandels and full-bodied Cabernets, which he features prominently through the dinner. Pair the full-bodied aroma of Peter’s wines with the superior flavor of the 44 Farms Black Angus beef and you have the perfect elegant dining experience that is certain to please the palate of Katy’s finest distinctive diners.
