Children and youth of the Katy-area community are invited to join Living Word’s music programs. The following programs are available:
Children (5-8 yrs) are invited to join the Jewels music and hand bell program, and children (ages 9-12) are invited to join the Youth Chimes program. Children will learn to read music, sing exciting youth faith-based music, and play bells, chimes and other instruments. The Jewels meet on Mondays with bells beginning at 5:30 p.m and group singing from 6:00-6:30 p.m. Youth Chimes program meets on Sundays at 12:15 to 1 p.m. Both groups will sing and play during worship services about once a month.
Church membership is not required to join Living Word’s music programs; everyone is welcome! There is a one-time $15 for the program, which includes a T-shirt. Please contact Barry Sames at Barrysames@LivingWordKaty.org, 281-392-2300 x213, or 832-808-6717 to register.
