Grand Opening Events Start Saturday, Jan. 6th!
Spring, TX – Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, the nation’s premiere supplier of woodworking and specialty DIY products, has opened its second store in the Greater Houston area – a new, 6,000 square foot retail store in Spring, TX. The public is invited to the celebration which begins January 6th. The new Rockler Woodworking and Hardware Spring location is in the Spring Town Center on Kuykendahl Road and will be Rockler’s 37th retail store location nationwide.
The Grand Opening celebration begins January 6, 2018 and continue through January 20, 2018, with special events scheduled for each Saturday:
Saturday, January 6th – Free gift to first 500 people!
8:00 am Board cutting
10:00 am, 12:30 pm, & 2 pm Finishing Techniques with Rob Johnstone, Woodworker’s Journal
11:00 am Table Saw Techniques demonstration
All Day – power tool demos with representatives from Nova, Freud, Easy Wood Tools and SawStop. The Gulf Coast Woodturners guild & Woodworker’s Club of Houston will also be present.

11:00 am Base Cabinet Construction demonstration
All Day – power tool demos with representatives from Triton, CareWright and Next Wave Automation/CNCs. The Lone Star Woodturners Association will also be present.

11:00 am Door and Drawer Construction demonstration
All Day – power tool demos with representatives from DeWalt & Porter Cable, Makita and General Finishes
