WASHINGTON, DC – Rep. Pete Olson (TX-22) today thanked President Trump for supporting our military by signing H.R. 2810, the National Defense Authorization Act into law. This bill authorizes funding to provide our military with critical resources to protect our nation from growing threats overseas. This legislation provides $634 billion for our military, including funds to modernize equipment and supply new aircraft, ships, and vehicles. It also gives our troops a 2.4% pay raise, the biggest pay raise in eight years.
