Richmond, Tx– Drs. Long Cao and Vijaiganesh Nagarajan (VJ) of OakBend Medical Group held a Cardiovascular Symposium for local EMS on Friday, November 17th at the Wharton Emergency Medical Services office.
The symposium allowed EMS from Austin County, Colorado County, East Bernard and Wharton to learn about cardiovascular emergencies and what to watch for and how to interpret EKGs on patients they are transporting.
Drs. Cao and VJ spend more than 2 hours speaking to the group and answering questions regarding heart issues and potential problems the EMS might encounter. The attendees were given CME credits for their participation in the symposium.
