Seven Lakes Region Champions; next stop State Champions
After wins over Fort Bend Dulles,3-0, Cy-Fair 3-1, Ridge Point 3-1, Dawson 3-2, and a very close win – 25-16, 19-25, 25-23, 20-25, 15-10 – over Clear Falls in the Region finals, the Spartans are ready to take on Hebron for the 2017 6A State Volleyball Championship, Friday evening, Nov. 17 at Culwell Center in Garland.
Spartan coach, Amy Cataline said after the game the girls didn’t come to the regional tournament to go home crying. “They deserve this. They’ve been such a phenomenal team the last three years. They earned this.”
