FEMA to Host Hardin County Job Fair for Harvey Recovery Efforts on Oct. 25

AUSTIN, Texas – Exciting opportunities await talented and hard-working Texans who are eager to assist with Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts!

Job seekers should bring copies of their resume and be prepared to be interviewed at the Hardin County Courthouse, 300 W. Monroe St. in Kountze, Texas on Oct. 25 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. FEMA representatives will be on-site to meet with potential candidates and discuss the more than 300 available positions helping fellow Texans impacted by Hurricane Harvey.

The jobs will be located in the Hardin County area with pay ranging from $14 to $37 per hour. Openings include American Sign Language interpreters, bookkeepers, accountants, auditing clerks, certified deaf interpreters, civil engineers, claims adjusters, examiners, couriers, messengers, customer support representatives (multiple languages), disability integration advisors, GIS specialists, graphic designers, writers, IT specialists and administrative assistants, among others. All are temporary full time positions.
