The social media site, which launched Sep. 12, allows Facebook users to ask questions and receive answers from FEMA about disaster assistance and the recovery process. Followers of www.facebook.com/FEMAharvey can find multilingual information and fact sheets on topics like how to apply for disaster assistance, how to move forward in the recovery process, how federal disaster assistance can be spent and the importance of cleaning up debris as soon as possible.
