The Central Fort Bend Chamber Celebrates Grand Opening Unwine’d Wine and Cheese Lounge

The Central Fort Bend Chamber celebrated the Grand Opening of Unwine’d Wine and Cheese Lounge in Downtown Richmond with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Wednesday, October 11, 2017. Unwine’d is located at 310 Morton Street Rear in Richmond.  The event had an enormous turn out of elected officials, neighbors from Del Webb Sweetgrass and local businesses.

Owners, Rosanne Wechter and Kevin Lawton explained where the idea for Unwine’d came from. “We were traveling abroad and stopped at this Irish Pub where we met the locals, had the best wine and snacked on the finest cheese and charcuterie.”  Rosanne shared, “I told Kevin that Richmond needs a place just like this where friends can gather in a relaxed environment, enjoying fine wines, artisan cheeses and cured meats.”

Rosanne and Kevin thanked everyone for coming and expressed their excitement with working with the Chamber.  They urged everyone to invite their friends and neighbors to stop by and meet them.
