FORT BEND COUNTY, TX – In an effort to assist residents affected by Hurricane Harvey, on September 12, 2017, Fort Bend County Commissioners Court approved waiving Fort Bend County Transit fares thru Friday, September 29, 2017. All services will be free of charge, including Commuter, Demand Response, and Richmond-Rosenberg Point Deviation routes.
Fort Bend County Public Transportation will also waive all pending suspensions for September 2017. The Transportation Department has reinstated commuter privileges for all passengers with pending service suspensions.
