Although portions of our area continue to cope with the devastation wrought by Tropical Storm Harvey, the sunshine has returned today and we are optimistic that the worst of the storm may be over. Now begins the lengthy process of helping our community, employees and physicians heal.
According to some estimates, thirty percent of our city was inundated with floodwaters earlier this week. Many of our neighbors and colleagues have experienced great loss and will continue to need our help in the days and months to come. We ask you to continue to keep them in your thoughts as they begin their recovery process.
At Memorial Hermann, we are surveying conditions across our service area and we are actively working to reopen facilities that were temporarily closed due to the storm.
Many of the Memorial Hermann Medical Group practice locations will reopen to patients on Thursday, August 31. All routine appointments for this week are being rescheduled for future dates to allow time to care for those patients with acute illnesses.
In order to accommodate those patients with immediate medical needs, we will be scheduling Same Day Appointments. If you need to see a physician, please call our Clinical Access Center at 844-644-2778 to find a location near you with availability.
In addition, the following Memorial Hermann Urgent Care locations are also available to walk-in patients from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily:

- Clear Lakelocated at 19419 Gulf Freeway (scheduled to re-open 8/31)
