Chef Logan Baker Brings Homegrown Talent to the Omni Kitchen

WEST HOUSTON, TX – The Omni Houston Hotel at Westside has added Chef Logan Baker to the culinary team. Chef Logan will be responsible for incorporating new and exciting culinary proposals and implementing local flavors into Omni’s exciting, sustainable menus.

A true student of the culinary craft, Logan began his career as a seasonal prep cook which then led to a position as a line cook. He developed his skills by ascending through the culinary hierarchy. In his most recent position, he was Executive Chef at Northgate Country Club. Chef Logan enjoys spending time hunting and fishing at his family’s ranch and playing the guitar in his spare time, he also roots passionately for all of his local sports teams.
