Yoga Demonstration

You asked for it, you got it. The Maud Marks Library now hosts yoga classes twice a month. Yoga can be a very relaxing and centering exercise program. Join us on Saturdays, July 1 at 10 a.m. and July 15 at 3 p.m., as we learn about the benefits and basic how-to of yoga. Join us as we exercise our minds and bodies. Registration is required.
