June 21-25th see performance boats, hear the roar of thunderous horsepower, feel the chills and adrenaline pumping through your veins as you experience powerful performance boats on and off the water at the 10th Annual Texas Outlaw Challenge (TOC)! Coming from coast to coast over 200 performance boat teams featuring over 350,000 horsepower – the most to date.
This year’s event is bigger, better with many new, exciting and fun filled events for the public.

The producer of the event, Paul Robinson, supports several local charities with part of the proceeds going to these local charities: Shriners Children’s Hospital, The Bridge Women’s Shelter, Boys & Girls Harbor, Clear Creek Environmental Foundation, Kemah Lions Club, Gulf Coast Sentinels, Special Spaces and Galveston-Houston Families Exploring Down Syndrome, in additional to Veterans groups.
