Shifting Winds in Local Politics

The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is Ralph Garciaa long time political consultant who works with both Ds and Rs. He is observing changes in the local electorate that he feels are unrecognized, and that political actors are ignoring at their peril. His current gig has him working in Pasadena where there is a mayoral run-off underway.
