Internationally Known Christian Writer Extends Condolences Following the Death of Wheaton College Student Volunteer.

(Katy,Texas) Days ago Ethan Roser, a 19 year old freshman at Wheaton College west of Chicago was tragically killed while volunteering at a Track and Field meet at the school. Roser died after being accidentally struck by a “hammer” thrown by one of the meet’s participants.

Rev. Robert A. Crutchfield, Founder and Editor of FaithInspires.Org had this to say about the tragedy,

“ I never had the honor of knowing Ethan Rosen in this life. However according to what I have heard, I missed knowing a truly outstanding Christian young man. I was touched by his story. Growing up the son of missionaries, and going on to study for the ministry himself. It is very telling to me that he was giving of his time to his community there at Wheaton College when he departed this life way too early.”

Speaking directly to the family and those at the college Crutchfield continued, “ I extend my deepest condolences to the Rosen Family, and the entire community there at Wheaton. I pray that God’s comfort and strength will endure with the Rosen Family, The Wheaton College Community, and all who knew him as they travel through their grief.”
