The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is Jerad Najvar, the election law attorney HPRA relies on for guidance on legal questions on charter amendments in home rule cities. Jerad will discuss the state rules for local initiatives and bills regarding citizen petitioning to put propositions on city ballots.
