Central Fort Bend Chamber Welcomes New Member, Crate Crossfit with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Crate Crossfit celebrated their grand opening with family, local business leaders and Central Fort Bend Chamber members with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, April 13, 2017. Owner, Tarsha Jackson has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and gave an emotional testimony on how she got started in the business.  “I got started 10 years ago when my grandmother passed, she could have had a much better quality of life and a longer one had she exercised and ate heathier.”  Tarsha stated, “After her passing, I made a promise to myself that I would touch as many lives as I could to help them live a healthier life.”   She went on to explain the difference between traditional workouts and crossfit, “Crossfit provides the most efficient way to work out on a hormonal level which is far more effective than traditional methods”.  Crate Crossfit offers all levels of workouts from competition ready to the individual that is just starting out.   Ms. Jackson thanked all who came to show their support, “I am so pleased to be a part of the Central Fort Bend Chamber and I invite all of you to make an investment in your own health.”
