The HPRA lunch speaker this Friday is Josiah Neeley, a spokesperson for R Street, a research group that works at the federal and state levels on policy questions that are often unnoticed by the public. It looks for “pragmatic free market proposals that can earn bipartisan consensus.” Mr. Neely’s specialty is energy, and he will speak about R Street and policy changes it has worked on regarding infrastructure, fuel choice, climate issues, and other matters.
