Early bird gets the 16th century worm with updated ticket pricing special for upcoming season
The Texas Renaissance Festival – recently voted one of the best festivals in the world by Everfest – is opening early bird season ticket pricing for loyal patrons across the land who are anticipating the 2017 season. With more food, fun and magic in store, Festival organizers added a new themed weekend to the long-standing mix. From September 30 to November 26, 2017, the Texas Renaissance Festival will present nine themed weekends, with the introduction of Heroes and Villains (Nov. 11-12).
Starting on April 15 to May 20, Texas Renaissance Festival is offering two season pass options for the 2017 season. The Gold Pass and The King’s Season Pass offer patrons all-inclusive perks to maximize the experience of Texas Renaissance Festival for all 19 days.
The Gold Pass
- Admission to all 19 days of the 2017 Texas Renaissance Festival (Saturdays, Sundays, and Thanksgiving Friday, September 30 through November 26).
- Adults (ages 21 and older) will also receive free admission to TRF AFTER DARK every Saturday evening September 30 through November 25.
The Gold Pass Price: $249.95 (early bird discount pricing: $195.95)
The King’s Season Pass
- Admission to all 19 days of the 2017 Texas Renaissance Festival (Saturdays, Sundays, and Thanksgiving Friday, September 30 through November 26).
- Preferred Parking for one vehicle for all 19 days of the 2017 Festival Season
- Camping access for one vehicle for every weekend of the 2017 Festival Season.
- CAMPER’S BONUS: King’s Pass holders are allowed to keep their campsite in place for the entire 2017 camping season.
- Admission to all 9 Saturday evenings of TRF AFTER DARK (21 and older only).
The King’s Season Pass Price: $495.95 (early bird discount pricing: $395.95)

Coming off a record-breaking season of 678,550 attendees walking through the gates, Texas Renaissance Festival season passes can only be purchased online at www.texrenfest.com and kids ages 12 and under will still be admitted free every Sunday.
