Fort Bend County Libraries’ Cinco Ranch Branch Library, 2620 Commercial Center Blvd in Katy, will be closed on Saturday, April 29, for the 4TH Annual FBC Precinct 3 Literary & Fine Arts Festival & Parade, which is free and open to the public. Regular library hours will resume on Monday, May 1.
