“Faith, Grace, and Cancer” By Stephanie Hoff Rodrigue

Memoir shares inspiring tale of ‘Faith, Grace, and Cancer’

Stephanie Hoff Rodrigue’s story embodies God’s love, power

OCALA, Fla. – An intimate, candid and inspiring story fills Stephanie Hoff Rodrigue’s debut publication featuring “Faith, Grace, and Cancer” (published by WestBow Press). An actual diary of writings through her 11-year journey with primary peritoneal cancer, readers will witness a full life lived with and for God.

Rodrigue’s story is one of tremendous faith in a God full of grace as she pours out her heart and soul in her battle with cancer through her emails to family, friends and her prayer warriors. God chose her and her husband, Kenny, to walk through this trial of cancer for 11 years, showing his grace to answer prayers of his people and extend Rodrigue’s life. Her faith in Jesus Christ and her boldness to witness grew and grew as each year passed for his glory.

“There is an estimated 14 million people in the U.S. with cancer, with about 1.5 million people diagnosed with cancer each year who need hope. The tremendous faith and courage displayed by Stephanie is extremely encouraging,” Kenny Rodrigue, the author’s husband shares. “Our only hope of eternal life is Jesus Christ, and whether we are living, or suffering, or dying we are to Glorify God by trusting Him!”

A snippet from the book reads:

So don’t shrink from the hard trials that God allows in your life. Encrust those tribulations by spending time in prayer with our precious Savior, wrapping each trial with the truth of His Word and memorizing His special promises for you. Turn your trials into beautiful pearls for His glory!
