“The Heart of the Matter” By George E. Thompson

New book discusses having and maintaining a relationship with God

George E. Thompson announces the publication of his debut book ‘The Heart of the Matter’

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio – Author George E. Thompson’s debut book, “The Heart of the Matter: Discovering God’s Highest Priorities” (published by WestBow Press), explores the importance of having a deep relationship with God.

Thompson’s book has three sections, and each contains biblical topics that provide “an assurance that scripture is absolutely true.” “The Grand Design” focuses on God’s plan and how everyone fits into it; “The Grand Relationship” discusses God’s priorities for his people, which includes a relationship with him; and “The Grand Pursuit” stresses glorifying God and shows that God can be counted upon at all times, particularly when adversity looms.

“(The book) provides an anchor enabling people to experience inner peace in the midst of their lives being torn to pieces in a violent world with ever-increasing cultural changes,” Thompson says.
