On Friday, April 4, the Katy Resurrection Run will begin with a 5k Run at 9:00 AM then a 1K Family Run/Walk at 10:00 AM. Held on the 40+ beautiful acres at Faith West Academy, 2225 Porter Road, there will be a kids zone, live music, and some of the best food in town!
Katy Christian Magazine and Faith West Eagle Initiative have collaborated to pioneer this special event for the Katy/West Houston Community. Katy Resurrection Run is a family oriented event that celebrates life and compassion. Proceeds will go to
Eagle Initiative. The Eagle Initiative is Faith West’s outreach to the community where they give Faith West camp and school scholarships, and partner with numerous community organizations to benefit Caring 4 Katy, Good Shepherd, Sunshine Kids, CPS, and Sunshine Thru the Rain.
