Chesmar Homes is introducing the first townhome designs to Fulshear’s Cross Creek Ranch. Prices will be from the $220,000s.
Cross Creek Ranch will expand its home design offerings with the opening of a new neighborhood featuring townhomes by Chesmar Homes.
Chesmar is offering three townhome designs in The Willows neighborhood. The approximately 1,800-square-foot, three-bedroom designs boast open floor plans, large island kitchens, second-floor master suites and two-car garages Two of the three designs have covered balconies. Homes are priced from the $220,000s. A model home will open this spring.
The opening of The Willows follows on Chesmar’s successful building program in another Cross Creek Ranch neighborhood, The Brooks.
“Buyers really responded to Chesmar Homes’ innovative designs in The Brooks,” said Rob Bamford, general manager of Cross Creek Ranch. “They hit the mark on offering just the right size for young professionals, new families and empty nesters. We expect the new townhome designs in The Willows to be just as popular.”
Much of Cross Creek Ranch’s growth has been in the proffering of mid-range priced homes, such as those sold by Chesmar. Last year, the community opened six new neighborhoods and posted a 13 percent increase in home sales, propelling it into the ranks of the top 25 master-planned communities in the nation.
The new enclave will offer winding trails and a neighborhood park. In addition, residents will have access to Cross Creek Ranch’s abundant amenities including two waterparks, an on-site café and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
