2016 Scholarship Winner
The 2016 recipient of the Katy Heritage Scholarship was Laura Meeks. Laura is a Katy resident currently living in El Paso at Fort Bliss with her husband Jeremy. Laura’s scholarship will help her as she works to earn a M. Ed. in counseling at the University of Texas in El Paso. Congratulations Laura!
